By accessing or using our website at consulthub.quest (the "Site") and any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We provide consultation-related content and may facilitate contact between users and potential business partners. The exact service scope, including deliverables and timelines, is described in each engagement, order page, or communication with you.

Where third parties are involved, their products or services are governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with it.
• Do not provide unlawful, harmful, or infringing content or materials.
• Do not scrape, copy, or access content except as permitted by applicable law or with our consent.

5. Fees and payments

If fees apply, the applicable fee, currency, payment method, and billing timing will be stated at the time of order or engagement. You agree to pay all applicable charges on time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

Our total liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and any materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outcomes from services will be specific, guaranteed, or achieved.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive conduct. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature should survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Internet transaction notice (Japan)

If the Site is treated as an advertisement/solicitation for an ongoing paid service to Japanese consumers, the required identification/transaction notice items are provided below in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

For internet mail-order/contract solicitation where identification is required, these details are provided (or otherwise an accepted substitute mechanism is used) in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and Article 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

11. Consumption tax invoice (Qualified Invoice System, Japan)

If we issue invoices to you as a registered qualified invoice issuer for consumption tax, the invoice-related disclosures will use the qualified issuer name and registration number as required by Article 57-4, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Consumption Tax Act and Article 57-4, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Consumption Tax Act.

12. Privacy, cookies, and identifiers

We may use cookies and similar technologies. When such information is treated as personal-related information under applicable law, we handle it in a manner consistent with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), including appropriate transparency and consent where required, in accordance with Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information（Personal Information Protection Act）.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction over the relevant location in Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
